Catherine has been involved in the photographic industry for 18 years, starting as a Professional Machine Printer.

Then working in England and in Sydney, Australia as a Photographic Assistant.

After traveling for 2 years she returned to University to complete a BA(Hons) in Wildlife Photography at Blackpool and The Fylde College, achieving 'First' class honours.

Using a more traditional analogue camera, she produces her images on slide film and prints using the giclee method and also produces her work using a 5d Canon digital camera.

Since graduating she uses her garden and allotment as an outdoor studio, growing many flowers and has extended her portfolio by venturing into more macro work.
